Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Libraries Ireland error when requesting a book.

    Hi, anyone ever come across this message when trying to request a book online?

    "There is a problem with your library record. Please see a librarian."

    I have joined my local library this year and have requested books online before with no issue. I have no books taken out currently and have never been overdue. 😇

    Of course I will have to call in when I get the time but just wondering what the problem could be? Has anyone encountered this before?
