Service Interval Honda CRV

Hi, On a 161 CRV I only did 10K in the last year - the service interval is 20K. Should it really need a service on 10K as it is now plus 12 months from the last one. Or would a top up on oil be sufficient? At 82K KM would the brake pads need changing? Thanks,

User manual does not say exactly when but it shows how to do. I could change every half year or 5k whichever comes first. 20k is obviously too much. Are you ever seen 20k oil? It is not very nice.
