Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone had any experience with "Acorn Property Preservation"?

    I'm a stranger on boards but I'm hoping someone will be feeling generous with their time.

    Has anyone had any experience with Acorn property preservation, run by a chap named James Brophy?

    He's the only contractor that I've been able to get to quote for some damp treatment work. Aside from his website I can't find much online.

    He comes across as reasonable in person but it's a lot of money he's asking for.
