Parklands Northwood santry

Sorry , I mistakenly referred to Temple Court, earlier does anyone know if Parklands had pyrite issues I would of course employ a surveyor but thought I'd ask to see if any local knowledge ? Not a ground floor apartment

I viewed an apartment at Temple Court a few months ago- they were the only ones affected with pyrite, as far as I know.
It has all been fixed now so it wouldn’t be a worry for me- I think management fees increased to pay for it, but will be coming down again as it’s mostly paid off. It wouldn’t be a reason for me not to buy there.

Thanks ,I thought as much , parklands appears not to have been a pyrite location?
