I'm traveling to France by ferry next weekend and wonder if anyone has been there recently. If so has there been any issues with the Vaccine Passport. I'm particularly interested in any issues getting of the ferry relating to paperwork etc. Then using the passport generally in France - tourist sites, restaurants, campsites etc. Any info would be appreciated.

Just got back a week ago- very straightforward. Didn't get the ferry but lots on the france camping thread did and no issues. Vaccine passport- I downloaded the french one but can't see there being an issue just using Irish one. They simply scan the QR code- it was asked for in restaurants (we actually had to show it even outdoor dining too), campsites- just when checking it and that was that, tourist events like puy du foy. Compliance generally very high in France e.g, we found way more way masks outdoors than here.

Got back on Thursday, went there direct by ferry, but came back by Tunnel.

We installed their TousCovid app and uploaded our QR codes there (as well as Ireland's app)

Everywhere we were in France (hotel, restaurant, museums) asked up front for all adult's QR codes.

As per above, mask compliance was very high as it was in the rest of Europe, apart from the UK which are taking a different approach.
