    I had to highlight the table from the most previous post, and copy it into a new post, and edit it there.

    Quoting it doesn't seem to work, and there doesn't look to be a way to sort the table anymore

    I won't be posting I here for a while anyway.

    Got a bad ear infection which is stopping me from swimming at the moment. Had been using ear buds all winter, and then gave them a miss a few times recently. Immediately the infection came back.


    Also training for a half marathon and suffered a bad toe injury. Waiting to be seen on that, but thinks 9t requires surgery.

    Potentially out of the water until late September

    Great to be back in the sea last week. Can't do much distance, as dont think I'm supposed to be kicking yet, but I'll hopefully start building up distance soon, and return to the pool for some training swims

    Not doing as much sea swimming this Winter. Decided I'm just going to aim to get in at least once a week, but hopefully more, and do other training as well.

    I wasn't doing anything else earlier on the year when I was getting in everyday, and prefer to mix it up a bit more
