Any way to cash in a PRSA early?

Hi - I have a PRSA from a previous employment - was employee only contributions and haven't contributed to it for 15 years - current value is 7.5k. Is there any way to cash this in, now - accepting fees etc? Any mechanism where it can be transferred and then cashed in? I'm 43 btw so a while away from retirement but could…

You'll either need to be 50, or have a life expectancy of less than 12 months to get your hands on it.

Very same thing here, and I asked my pension company the same thing a few years ago, but unfortunately you can't cash it before your retirement age!
