Any way to cash in a PRSA early?

    Hi - I have a PRSA from a previous employment - was employee only contributions and haven't contributed to it for 15 years - current value is 7.5k.

    Is there any way to cash this in, now - accepting fees etc?

    Any mechanism where it can be transferred and then cashed in?

    I'm 43 btw so a while away from retirement but could really use the money now.
