There is a glass bowl with a mesh prefilter on the other side, make sure that filter isn't blocked, and there is fuel in the bowl. There is a manual pump underneath that, start pumping that until mostly fuel coming out of the lower bleed screw on the fuel pump, once you got fuel in the fuel pump start cranking the tractor over, close the 2 bleed screws if no air and open an injector pipe into the engine to get last the air out.

I’d say once your confident there is ample diesel flow, get her out and bump start her.

I don't think it's reccomended but I think you can try a short tow on them.

Alternatively give it 24 volts at the starter.

Connect the positive on one battery to the negative on the other and then connect the other free terminals to the tractor.

empty the tank and flush with kero , get new fuel filters , clean any mesh filters

get new fuel and start bleeding the the system once you get air free diesel from the bleed screws on injector pump close them, and open the feed pipe on no.1 injector and crank until diesel appears , close and do the same with rest of injectors , open 1 again and she should fire.

the diaphram in the fuel lift becomes porous in them but there's a drain hole and you'd see diesel leaking if it was.
