Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No such thing as a "back week" or "week in hand" you get paid for working week 1 in week 2.

Amount of old people who say "back week" to young people is hilarious.

Hilarious to you if that's your sense of humour

Yes, it's still in use. You'll be paid for week 1 at the end of week 2 so make arrangements for a week of no income. Ignore the pedantic crap above.

If you're in an hourly paid job, they won't know what you're owed for week 1 until it is finished and your clock is reconciled.

Therefore week 2 is the soonest they can pay you for it.
