Without googling Id go wild and say the G is the "Gateway" meaning the main router.

s and c being in smaller letters would mean Satellite and Client..

This is only a guess.

I got 3 x MW3s.

Max speed i can get on them is about 60mbps, but signal is good everywhere.

Also each unit can only take 5 devices at 5Ghz max. So anymore than that and you are connecting at 2.4

Connecting to the wifi on the normal router i can get ove 500mbps.

So check all that out on the MW5 before committing
