PV Output - PV Check Meter reading compared to Inverter Reading

I thought that both should read approx. the same but I may have misunderstood. I notice that there is about 6% of a difference between the Inverter and the Check Meter after almost a year installed. Inverter reads 6% higher. Can anyone throw any light on this or noticed similar?

I see a difference of approx 3% higher reading on inverter.
