Traveling to Spain - can anyone help with Spanish Form?

My parents are traveling to Spain on Tuesday - they are not tech-savvy at all.

I've not been keeping up with anything travel-related as I've no intention to go anywhere just yet.

My mam rings asking me to help her with the Spanish form, I've no idea what it is.

I got the app and also went here - https://www.spth.gob.es/

The only problem is, she is going to Lanzarote, and there are no dropdowns related to the island at all. Does anyone know what you need to select or do?

Can you select Canary islands?

What options are there?

Not possible to sew the drop down without entering the flight details, etc. Maybe if you post a screenshots of the dropdown it will be easier to help.

Maybe it's asking for a province? In that case it would be Las Palmas.

As the previous poster said, Lanzarote is in the province of Las Palmas, which is one of the two options offered. We were in Lanzarote a fortnight ago and that part of the form had me stumped for a while also.

Province of Las Palmas and municipality of Tias for the likes of Puerto del Carmen.

thanks for all the replies. I and my parents didn't know that is was a province of LasPalmas, We got it sorted and printed their barcodes
