    Approximately what would it cost for an architect to apply for planning permission for a small one-off 600 square foot two bed bungalow?

    What would it cost for an engineer to work on building regulations and BER for same?

    Are there any other costs for an architect or engineer?

    Anywhere from €8,000 to €20,000

    For an Architect and Structural Engineer and Environmental Engineer..............all required really


    The difference between an Architect & Engineer for the whole package, start to finish..............would be minimal really

    Would you not look at some of the timber frame companies who will do all the engineering for the structure for you and sign it off. They will also design it for you. From what I am reading you are not interested in an architectural statement just a roof over your head.
