Sky Q download failed no subscription

    Getting the above while trying to download. Anyone know how the fix this?

    if you only have a standard definition package (no hd) you need to go into more info and select SD and then try to download. Might not be the problem but it sometimes works for me! You also need to ensure you have a subscription, is the programme box set or catch up? If it’s box set you need the new sky signature or a package with said set.
