Would Isopon Plastic Bumper Filler fix this?

Would Isopron Plastic Bumper Filler fix this Crack or would you need fibre glass ??. it is a crack the straight underneath part of the bumper. It is like someone cut it with a scissors type crack that straight & narrow & runs from the edge in.

The other image attached will show u where it is on the car when u are standing normal

Sorry picture is abysmal. Cracks generally need to be plastic welded. So no filler won't fix this filler is for surface finishing .

ya i know sorry i was only trying to give idea (couldnt lie down the ground in pissing rain). Thanks thats what i was thinking alright just wanted to see how would u do it properly.

its grand fryup plastic weld is only way cause it is a crack as listermint said
