Solis hybrid owners query

Just a quick question to any Solis hybrid inverter owners here. If you go into advanced information on the inverter what reading are you getting under ground voltage. Mine is showing 200+ volts but no ground voltage error so wondering if this is correct.

Also where has your installers or yourselves if self installed ran the ground cable from the ground screw lug on the side of inverter?

I'll take a look when I'm back home in a few days. My major issue at the moment is that the my Solis isn't working correctly - it keeps swinging from importing to exporting rapidly and of course the ESB meter only registers the importing... installer is aware but struggling to get it sorted.

I'm having similar at times mainly when heavy things on like oven and hob at same time where it pulls at times from battery. Will swing import then export at times.

I get alarms every couple of days on my Solis. They’re all related to connection issues. They resolve themselves after a few hours.

What are the fault codes. Check them from the inverter.

This looks like battery comms issue. I would check battery logs. Also these messages seem to be early in the morning does it happen during the day?

Try to raise your minimum battery level. Mine can go down to 10% but I keep always at 20%. Raise it up by 5% and see if errors still happen.

One other quick question for all Solis inverter owners here. Where have you/installer grounded the ground lug on inverter to. That is where is the green earth cable from the right hand side of the inverter ran to - is it to AC switch or to separate ground bar?
