Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Stage 19 flatish apart from a cat 4 at the start, stage is underway and a breakaway up the road with 4 minutes on the peleton. Could be the day Cav breaks the record

Cav hasn't done a sponsor-related celebration yet this tour has he? I'd like to see him mimic the installation of quality laminate flooring as he crosses the line😉.

    edit: woops, double post

Why are Ineos and nd Bahrain riding? Ineos have no sprinter and Bahrain have a man up front?

    Are they riding for Cav?

Bahrain for Colbrelli i'd guess, Ineos, cos they have had a bit of a dud tour (relatively speaking) and they are not in the break

Movistar had 3 in the 20 chase group, 6 got dropped which included all the Movistar guys, the other 14 made it to the front.

    Classic Movistar.

Perfect stage from Cav's point of view. The break will mop up all the placings and points so he'll still end up with his 35 point lead over Michael Matthews. On Sunday, even if he wins the intermediate and Cav doesn't place, Matthews will need to win with Cav no higher than third, or finish second with Cav 9th or lower. Plus if Merckx's record is to be broken, it'll look better in Paris than Linbourne

What was that "zipped-lips" celebration about? Hopefully not the Bahrain police raids.
