Student Accommodation Galway. Where to start.

Hi, My daughter is starting college this year in Galway ( touch wood) We are looking for private, off-campus accommodation. Question is, where do we start? This is all new to us and I just want to be sure she gets into either digs or shared accommodation where she will be happy. Thanks in advance. Paul.

There is no onsite campus accommodation as such anyway. Glasan is privately run student accommodation across the road. The GMIT Student Union website also has various links.
