Hi I noticed some old threads on this that might be out of date so hopefully starting a new one is ok. I just wanted to ask does anyone know of good counsellors in or around limerick? The usual stuff anxiety, depression, negative intrusive thoughts etc I checked with my GP but would love to hear some personal…

Hi

Have you looked at MyMind - they have a range of different counsellors and people I know who have used them have found them excellent.
