I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on the following works to be done all plumbing will stay in the same location.

    Main bathroom:
    Completely retiled top to bottom.
    Plastic roof with spotlights
    New bath
    Vanity unit and sink.
    Toilet

Only got a new shower put in 6 months ago and glass panel on bath so can use these again.

    En-suite:
    New toilet
New shower tray and glass doors unit itself also (not electric powered off pump in hot press)
    New vanity unit and sink.
    Completely retiled top to bottom.
    Plastic roof with spotlights

This is a standard 3 bed semi D in Dublin.

I’m not looking to go high end luxury probably cheap - mid level.
Could probably do the en-suite in the cheapest and main bathroom in mid-cheap range if that makes sense.

Tiling is the biggest expense there.
Hard to know without seeing it - but at a guess €12k might be the ballpark.

Might make a few calls. Thanks. My own plumber who’s a friend of my brother who owns a plumbing company won’t even give me a quote. Maybe I’m wasting my time doing this at the moment. Might hold out. Seems extremely expensive at the moment.

We got similar done lately and got a 4 quotes as below.
All were recommended by people who had work done previously and were happy with end product.

Lowest was 1,800 labour per room and we would pay for all costs for tiles, skip, units, parts.
Middle price was 14,500 including everything except skip (labour was 7,450).
Highest was 10,000 per room including everything and was likely higher range with toilets in wall etc.

One we went for was 7,400 including skip, plumbing parts, tanking, baseboards.
Tiles, towel rails, all new units cost approx 5100 so 12500 in total.
Not much between middle two but we felt better on a few things after talking with plumber we chose.

Do you mind me asking where you are based? I wouldn’t mind getting in touch with this plumber if possible even just to price the job for me. If you rather PM please do and thanks.
