    Morning all

Looks like Liam was given a punishment task to compliment people? Why else would he compliment someone who hasn't posted.

Need to check the posts of the other three

Morning all, sorry for the late check in. Feeling a bit targeted being poisoned. Must have been the plate of mickey stew served by Oisin.

I am probably clutching at straws here but I wonder if Oisin reposting the piece about those with punishments is his attempt to highlight that perhaps his punishment was to follow and copy Angus which resulted in the poisoning.

I dont know your punishment, but I can assume what Liams are and I can also assume you can assume it too, so your shading of Liam is highly suss.

Weird posts from Liam saying Angus is a good without him actually posting. I called him out and he is straight in cosying up

I'm a little thrown by how quick Oisin was willing to sacrifice himself, and by how quick you jumped onto the "heal angus" line, especially with the logic of it being two villagers (the SK wouldn't know that at all, and it's a decent chance one of the two could be a wolf).

Oisin's reasonings at least paint himself as a NRV willing to sacrifice himself, but going immediately to "I advise the healer to heal Angus" seems to have happened with indecent haste, especially since Angus hasn't even started talking yet.
Interesting read from Conor, I like Conor on this post. The Lucy angle is interesting, a logical choice from her but I like Conors view on it again cause we actually havent heard from Angus yet

It does actually and his kiss ass comment to Abigail about her chef abilities is a bit of a red flag too but don't see anyone mentioning that.

From the above - Liam likes Angus with no posts and then starts complimenting everyone to cover IMO. I feel its a slip.

The Lucy stuff might play into it but I am on the fence with that as I feel its logical.

    TLDR:

Conor, Oisin and Orla look villagery based on the above IMO.

Liam goes straight into the my bad leans list

    Lucy - Neutral

    No.

Liam's behaviour doenst make him a wolf or a villager.

I can realte to Liam, not defending him or claiming hes village, but I can see reasons to say his behaviour isnt wolfy. I wont be jumping on Liam for that. Again, not saying he is a villager but I can say I understand his behavoir. (And he has very kind eyes, Im sure)

    Orla, not so much.

I was already suss of her due to her pushing of tasks without good reason to. Feels like an evil pushing confusion and padding her post count.

Not Im happy to say im very suss due to her reaction of Liam. She SHOULD understand Liams behaviour more than most but shes happy to shade him.

    Very suss.

Possibly, given Oisins post however I find it shady that he would compliment a player who was a)poisoned and b)not posted yet and then the doubling down since.

I dont know what punishments were handed out last night but those posts seem odd

And one made so quickly. I couldnt make such quick choice esp so early. Maybe later in the day.

The right answer for a villager to give to who should be saved, me or Angus, at that time was .... "I dunno yet".

Trying to figure out the game mechanic here so I note from the opening post

"Alpha Wolf - Big and bad with balls of brass, the alpha will square up to anyone including Gordon Ramsey. You'd better not be up against them in a showdown! This alpha also appears as good to the seer on first look"

Would it be in Alpha wolfs capabilities to set the trap knowing he is safe because he didn't take the poison just to make it look like he is a good guy? This is basically a showdown and a Oisin WW has come straight out to side himself with the chefs.

I’d presume the alpha wolf can survive the post lynch showdown? That’s my reading of the OP anyway

It’s the logical thing to do. Oisin has said he’s NRV, losing an NRV is a lot better than losing an RV. Angus is hardly going to say “hey I’m RV” - so logic dictates that if the healer is going to heal someone they heal Angus

Of course Angus could be a wolf but as I said in my original post the odds are that he’s a villager

The accusation that I jumped to that conclusion is nonsense, it’s the logical conclusion that’s why I suggested it. Interesting that Oisin is suss of me, it was him that laid it out like this

You'll have to wait and see Abi, I insulted people yesterday and have insulted plenty of people today. Oisin has his own mission, but too me he speaks like an alpha knowing he's not really the alpha, cos we all know Conor is. His mission might be to support me and deflect attention onto Orla in the hope of being saved from poisoning and elimination.... or maybe the "vomit inducing love" deflects from my true mission as the alpha...…

Oh I understand what you are getting at but if that was the punishment, it was an awfully unsubtle way to do it. I also have to take you at your word that it is the punishment. Obviously Orla hasnt commented on it or whoever the 4th player was punished but its an easy fix if they back it up

Would you all get the same punishments, if so, not much of a punishment if you can all recognise each others which I find odd.

I read his initial post on complimenting Angus as very tongue in cheek. All of his posts have been. I think it is is a punishment task. Focussing there right now I don't think will get us very far. Granted if it continues past today, look at it. But in my eyes, it is very much punishment.
