Kitchen fitting training

Hi, Does anyone know a route to take to become qualified in kitchen fitting ( is this cabinet maker ? ) in the Cork area.

Middle aged guy ( excellent construction background experience) looking at possibly training into something new.

Had a look online and cant seem to find courses available here or maybe theres an alternative route.

most of them are carpenters or cabinet makers,cabinet making is now called wood finishing&manufacturing
