    Hi there. I have a
Huawei B593 B593s-22 LTE CPE 4G 4xLAN USB Wifi Mobile Router.

I have a clearmobile SIM, this SIM works fine and displays 4G in phone. When I use in the router, the only way it will connect is by switching setting to 3G.

When I use my own separate vodaphone SIM, 4G works in router.

As you know, clearmobile is limited to 5mbs. this could be a factor.

I asked clearmobile, they said to add the clearmobile APN after resetting the router to factor settings. I did that, and noticed, despite this router coming from Latvia, that the vodaphone.ie APN was in the APN after reset, so I think the clearmobile SIM is adding the vodaphone APN. the Vodaphone APN cannot be deleted. Anyway, even after adding the clearmobile APN, still wont work on 4G setting.

    Any ideas?

I wouldnt be shocked if this was a QoS feature applied by VF.
