International transfer from branch.

Hi, My father wishes to pay a bill for goods he received from the Netherlands, he does not have online banking or a smartphone. Can his local branch make this transfer for him? Thanks.

Your father should certainly be able to call into his local branch with photo ID and one of my colleagues would be happy to help him with this transfer.
