That warning seems weird considering had to wait 15 seconds for Nadal to get into position

What's the story with warnings? Get a couple, or a few, and you lose a point?

Djokovic knows he is the player with the most stamina on tour, and he believes he can win now!

Hard to see a way back for Nadal now even on clay

Something needs to be done about this ball bouncing.
    15 bounces is ridiculous.

Its an exciting match now but its poor enough tennis.

    Poor enough tennis?

    Seriously???

This match is done. Djokovic is in control of the majority of the rallies and is fitter. Nadal looks wrecked out there

It's a fault if you're serving and a point penalty if receiving as far as I know, after the first warning

Poor tennis???? What match are you watching? This is off the charts

    Can't disagree with that.

Nadal looks bollixed. Running for most, but letting a noticeable number of shots just go.

    Djokovic looking marginally less bollixed.

    Its all unforced errors.
    Nadal looks very tired.

I'll agree. It's not so much an epic encounter but sorta all over the place.

There's a difference between score suspense and great play. Both these guys can play much better.

I'd love to see what you all consider "great play" if this doesn't qualify.....

just because there are lots of breaks doesn't mean that it's not great tennis

clay is the slowest surface and these are two of the best returners ever

That was a peach up the line from Nadal.

Whatever about the tennis - and it's visceral rather than pristine - the sheer weight of the context makes it unturnoffable

Hopefully whoever wins ( looking like Djokovic now) will be bollixed for the final and gives Tsitsipas a decent chance to win

Not able to watch it at the moment but absolutely glued to the BBC text commentary

Nadal is getting back on top.
This is a fierce battle of wills.

It's a SUSPENSEFUL match sure, but not amazing. Nobody 20 years from now is gonna go and put this match on replay as some sort of epic. At least not yet it isn't.

Nadal was fearless with that smash.

Nadal did well to win that game.

Djokovoc is going to regret not serving out the set, Nadal came up with the goods it has to be said

who puts on a tennis match from 20 years ago and watches it?

    pretty much nobody.

sport is all about the moment (particularly tennis)

this match is a clash of titans,

every point at this stage has so much intensity and gravity to it and there are some great rallies and winners.

    has it in spades.

    can't ask for any more
