    Rathfarnham golf club, also a Davis vp2 had a max of 20.5c

    Max of 18.9c here, A major improvement

    It was quite windy at the time, so fairly accurate I would suggest. Two other thermos, in the shade, got to 27.2c and 27.7c!

    Sun back out again and temperature back up to 23C, feeling very humid, weather station saying 68%. Wish it was tomorrow evening and I could justify a nice cool one :)

    Unless there just happens to be another weather station close by you, would I be correct in saying that you hit 25.5° @ 17:24? If so, that looks like the warmest spot in the country today and congratulations if it is your location.

    I think that would also be the warmest (unofficial) temperature in the country so far in 2021. unfortunately for me I've been in the office in Dublin since before 09:00 and only got out for 5 minutes just a short while ago.

    Foehn very much in evidence in Dublin today!

    Yep that's me, this wind direction is always warm here, some kind of local Fohn effect, it's quite windy too so reasonably sure it's fairly reflective. From here down to Bray is usually in a bit of a mountain lee side sun shadow during these events, wouldn't be surprised if it was hotter another km in from the sea between here and there.

    14.8C now after a high of 17.4C here near Tralee ( low 14.7C )

    Low overcast day, breezy and humid. Very dull this evening.

    Very fine mist blowing in the wind off and on all day, 0.8mm but all from overnight with the last tip of the bucket before 06.30

    Bar 1011.9 hPa Rising slowly
