Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What to mix with Vodka to make it a long drink?

    Want to make a long voda drink, e.g half pint glass with a mixer but it has to be low in histamine. Anyone any suggestions please.

    Vodka, soda water and a wedge of lime squeezed in is lovely.

    Moscow Mule is a classic option. There are a lot of recipes floating around but essentially it's vodka, lime juice, ginger beer and ice.

    Fentimans Ginger Beer is an excellent option for this.

    The ratio of vodka to lime juice varies depending on the recipe but if you did a double measure of vodka I would do a half measure of lime juice, and top up with Fentimans.

    Sea Breeze (Vodka, 1/2 grapefruit juice, 1/2 cranberry juice) and Screwdriver (Vodka, orange juice, agnostura bitters) are another option.

    Vodka with sparkling water and a dash of lime cordial is a lovely refreshing drink.

    Blue lagoon - vodka, blue curacao and lemonade.
    Harvey wallbanger - vodka, orange juice and galliano
    Caiproska - vodka, lime segments and brown sugar (vodka version of a caipirtinha) (maybe not a "long" drink"
    Bloody MAry would be a fairly obvious one.
    seabreeze - vodka, cranberry and grapefruit
