Alleged major paedophile ring in Limerick

An extended family is believed to have groomed their younger members from birth. They are thought to have been raped and abused by several generations of family members. The family also took payment to give access to them to other paedophiles. It is expected to be viewed as one of the most harrowing cases in the history of the state.

Six women and five men between twenty and seventy have been arrested. They are members of the family. Further arrests are expected of those paid for access. They have found twenty victims.

It is really stomach-churning stuff. No punishment could be too harsh for people who do what these people are accused of.
