    Anyone have any idea what a raft foundation foundation and associated site clearance works would cost these days? I know a lot depends on the site etc but ballpark figure?

    Total gross floor area approx 130m2

    Raft with mesh and side forms, small bit of filling; for that area €15,000 -20k middle of road price. Depends where you are. No excavation/soil stripping included.

    For 40 odd cu. m, mesh and links, side forms and a small bit of filling €15k -€20k. Depends where you are and rc detail. No soil srip or excavation included
