    Hi all ,

I feel like this topic is a bit of a grey area. I'm a non EU national but resident in Ireland for 6 years, working in healthcare for the past year. I'm unfortunately permanently leaving but since I'm never going to be able to use my PRSI/Pension payments, am I eligible for a refund ? Anyone know the process?

    Thanks :)

PRSI - you may be entitled to a small State Pension in the future, although with just six years PRSI conts, maybe not.

I don't have time now to check the rules.

Work pension - it depends on the type of pension.
