Induction hob swap: wiring question

I need to swap my broken induction hob( Image 1) out for a new one just purchased.( Image 2) I'm slightly confused by the diagram in the manual vs the diagram on the back of the hob . I assume the manual is correct and L1-> 1 L2 -> 2 BLANK ON 3 N1->4 N2-> 5 PE->PE Thanks

live (brown) into 2 and a copper thingy(bridge)between 1-2-3
neutral (blue) imto 4 thingy between 4-5
eath green/yellow into 6.
