Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need to send an ECU for repair as above. What is the best way regarding shipping and VAT/ CUSTOMS, when the item is returned? Any help would be appreciated. KB.

To be honest, it's not clear how this works. It should be simple - Both journeys done by the same courier company to keep it simple. Declared as for repair on export you'll need to provide paperwork to go forward. Re-imported with a repair value which you pay VAT on as well as customs clearance.
