Budget Estimates for a new build house

    Hi,

    I am in the pre planning stages of a new build and all I am hearing is how the cost of materials etc are going up and so its kinda worrying really.

    I came across a service online who offer to do a Price Estimation Service and give a high level breakdown of costs based on drawings of the proposed house.

    Has anyone used them to provide a cost analysis (package 1) and if so would you recommend / not recomend
