Just played first match in the TOTs Barella objectives and opponent immediately subs on TOTs Muller, Eusebio and Messi! Should be only Seria A players in objectives like this - still beat him 7-2

At the end of the tots there is a week of "best of" right? I'm going to throw everything into sbcs this week in the hope of ronaldo including an icon swap pack but if there's a best of ill.hold off for that

Yep, ultimate TOTS. Have a good few packs saved myself for it + icon swaps packs

Gold rares are back down to being able to win for 750-800 on bid now after being 1,400 during the last week for upgrades so I've put 500k into them and 100k into gold commons.

If I was being sensible I'd flip them on Sunday when the player pick SBC drops and almost double my coins but I think I'll end up firing them all into player picks for a bit of fun

Ronaldo is about 7 million on the market now so there's more chance of one of us being a packable player on FIFA next year than any of us getting him during this week!

Had something similar last weekend, but when he paused it let me play on, while he was making subs. I scored thinking he rage quit and out his controller down, game bugs and I get a DC loss for it. Not sure if it's some exploit or just usual EA coding.

Usually when you guys give it out about the servers I’m having the time of my life. Today my players are stuck in the mud, gold cb’s are catching up and overtaking Pele. I’m scraping through some games I should be easily winning. I’m betting none of you are having an issue :pac:

I’m struggling big time, I’m starting to absolutely hate Cantona..even worse that I sold Puskas to fund him makes me hate him even more.
I brought back mid Puskas for my last match and it’s back to winning ways. l either adjust my formation to make Cantona viable or else drop him to the bench.

Whats the story with the game speed, i haven't played in a couple of weeks but the matches feel like they are played at 100mph, opponents players flying round the pitch while my guys seem slow

Done too. I needed to win my last game to reach 17 wins after crappy issues all weekend. Leading by 2 goals and my controller just freezes it won't respond but vibration and all come though no problem. Sickened now.

Here's my weekend. Lewandowski was awesome for me he didn't feel slow or anything and his assists made him just a complete all-rounder. I tried him with Puskas and Rashford beside him I think I prefer Puskas as his partner. Vardy just didn't feel right this weekend.

Had a disaster of a morning so dropped Cantona into CM, and threw Mbappe up front. And that worked wonders. Mbappe is such a BS player. Balls just bounce perfectly for him.

Find the same whenever I come up against Mbappe/Neymar gold cards... they always win those **** bounces.

Had two of the Bellingham squads done and meant to do the last today.
Being lazy as I had coins but never noted the expiration time properly and only copped now.

The two squads weren't highly rated but it was still a waste of players as the pack rewards are obviously not worth it alone.

Came up against a guy in rivals with easily a 15m+ squad - PIM Gullit, PIM Cantona, TOTS Rashford, De Jong, Son, Varane etc... only lost 4-2 which isn’t so bad but Jesus, he was winning every second ball. I couldn’t match it... even when I block a directional nutmeg, it’d bounce off my defenders leg and fall straight back to him. Surprising this is, with that squad, he was still lower in rivals than me - 1780SR.

Finished all my weekend league games today to enjoy the football in peace tomorrow.

Sold IF Neymar before his inevitable price drop for the Ligue 1 TOTS and brought back in Mid Eusebio, performed differently but to about the same level.

G1 (20-10) and lost my last 3 games. But really bizarrely even after losing my last 3 games I'm still currently in the Top 200 in Europe on Xbox.

Looking at the rankings I was only 100 points short of top 200 on the global leaderboard, so it really does seem like you get way more points for playing earlier in the weekend. Might try playing Friday next weekend and see how I get on.

Just had one of the sweetest wins of the year. Went 4-0 down within 28mins. 2 goals were pure luck - bounce backs from good tackles. He also scored a couple of nice ones. Full-length goal celebrations for all 4 nonetheless. 4-1 at halftime. Get it back to 4-3 and then he makes it 5-3. Pull another back then Messi scores the equaliser in the 92nd min. Then Mane scores the winner in the 117. Full celebrations, the crowd go wild! No response to my gg message.:D

Done. My defending was all over the place. All from pressing the ball when I know better. Lewa, Messi and Kimmich dragging me to wins. 7 rage quits was nice. Think I got the earliest one ever with one guy quitting when I scored after 3 mins. Might take a break for a few days now.

6 wins on the trot all thanks to Puskas and 18 goals, 7 assists so far.
Cantona is only a bit part player and Eusebio is RAM although I might drop Cantona and bring back in Garrincha at RAM and move Eusebio to CAM.
Although I’m starting to get to grips now with Cantona so might persist but I’d happily trade him for moments Puskas.
