Anyone got any ideas who they may pick to open the show Saturday?
I've a feeling it could be someone like Serbia. Don't think they'd go San Marino/Lithuania again.

Flo Rida opening might tempt them...

I found that semi much more enjoyable than SF1 I'll be honest and I didn't think I'd say that
I was surprised on paper SF1 much stronger but that was more fun.

Got Iceland at 16/1 ages ago so I know who I want to win anyways! Have Ukraine in the top 5 as well.

Reminder that Italy is yet to play. Saturday is going to be terrific.

Could anyone honestly pick an overall winner? The standard is quite high among the top 15 this year

I got Iceland at 10/1...but I think the not being live thing will really damage their chances :(

We deserved a great year and got it. Any of the Top 15 can win it.

Very very tough to call imo! Top three overall for me (and I have yet to have a listen to the Big 5 entries) are Ukraine, San Marino and Portugal.

I was happy with 8 finalists. I would have swapped out Moldova and Serbia for Austria and Denmark. The Danes got a lot of audience support. I think Portugal could do very well on Saturday night. Delighted for San Marino, I always like to see them do well.

I loved the clips of the previous winners. They all seemed so happy and proud of their wins. The Dutch have put on two good show so far.

Tbh for years I've sort of turned my nose up at the Eurovision and dismissed it as total bollocks but having watched the two semi finals I'm happy to admit I've been very wrong. Two very enjoyable semis.

One thing I will miss Saturday is Irish involvement, it is nice to have the home country to root for. Maybe next... decade. Sigh.

Mr. Eurovision Jon Ola Sand's tenure as supervisor of the eurovision ended. Didnt know his term was up.

It's honestly a struggle to pick.
I think the fact Italy and France are strong this year makes it very tricky as well.
If I had to pick top 3....
    Italy/Malta/Switzerland

Wouldn't be fair if it does if there not gonna grade them the same don't allow them into the final.

There song really stands out compared to the rest for me as it could be liked by anyone.

Or will they keep Flo Rida towards the end maybe for the Americans who’ll tune in, which will lead in nicely to the voting

They won't be live in the final, they said they don't want to perform without the guy who tested positive :( in that semi, so doubt anything different for final

Greece, Albania and Moldova very poor finalists. Thought Australia should have gone through the other night aswell.

Still think Lithuania had the most fun song to dance to

    Off you go so!

First time I've had it on TV in almost 30 years. Such weak songwriting. Mostly copying styles a decade previous

A bit disappointed that Denmark didn’t get through, however things are shaping up very nicely for Saturday. :)
