Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Door Ope to rear/Blocking up Sunroom windows - Exempt?

    Hi,

Would it be considered exempt development if I was to add a double doors to the rear of my property, block up an toilet window to allow for some internal changes and also change my traditional sunroom windows by partially blocking up each of the sides so that there is a window in the centre of each side?

Have been advised that it is but I have my doubts....

Is all of the proposed works to the rear?

No, the sunroom is on the side of the house.

The new door and blocked up window are to the rear.
