Rust on 2010 Hyundai i10

Hi all. I'm looking to buy my first car as a new driver and I'm very inexperienced with cars. There's a 2010 Hyundai i10 (~180,000km) I've seen locally but there's some rust on it. Some spots are fairly small on the exterior or there's a small bit of bubbling. There's a larger patch on the top of the right rear door between the exterior and the plastic seal part that I'm a bit more concerned about.

I know rust is very difficult to get rid of permanently but I'm wondering is it worth it to get it even as a starter car or should I look for something else? I'm not fussed on cosmetic rust but I'm wary of it causing issues down the line. I'll be talking to the seller about it, just looking for some advice. Thanks!

I'd be wary enough of an i10 with that mileage regardless of rust. They are fairly soft.
