    Hi I just got a new battery fitted in my van and it's now asking for an authentication code but I can't find it in the manual or anywhere else there is a 4 digit code written on the front of the manual but it won't work any advice on how to find it will be greatly appreciated I meant to say it's a Renault traffic

    Hi, had to change the battery in my 08 Focus but the radio is locked and can’t get the code. I have the serial number but have to wait 24 hours to get the unlock code off one of the free websites. Anywhere I can get it a bit quicker?

    Main dealer only. Code cannot be calculated from serial number. Ask at your garage as to who they use to repair / decode their radios

    As far as I know they can’t do codes starting with V ? Might be wrong but look at thread title..
