Ford Focus radio turns off and on while lights flash

have a 2010 focus tdci and lately what happens is the radio will turn off and on while 3 lights flash on the dash hand brake and traction light plus the one above the traction light, have scanned it with a launch diagnostic and no faults found. any ideas? thanks Roy
