I heard a couple of different rumours that it's going to be an estate agents, a bakery, offices where Subway was. Time will tell.

Looking at those plans it has a pizza prep,pizza oven,pizza stacking ,don’t think Camille Thai would need that ?

Not sure why you felt the need to use that emoji I was just curious why a Thai restaurant would need a pizza oven and pizza prep etc can see from the floor plans of the kitchen it looks very much like a pizza restaurant.

For the sake of clarity... Camile Thai is building beside Costa coffee, Ardkeen.

Wires have been crossed I think amongst posters here... What's being built beside O briens off-licence (which is beside supermac's in the Ardkeen stores territory), i.e. where subway used to be is a bakery for Ardkeen stores I'm told, but not a reliable source that.

Camille Thai is beside the Costa in the same retail park as Homebase and Tesco

This is Camille Thai. Don't know why it has pizza oven on the plans maybe it's a generic drawing but the kitchen will change I presume the council only concerned with dimensions / services etc.

Building next to o briens where the ardkeen Esso station used to be is an unknown at the moment.

Developers put in general internal plans. Possibly they had an agreement with pizza express/ Milano but covid changed it and Camile Thai became the tenant.

Plans are from sept 2019
