Long story short, Munster joinery garage door, it’s warped and hard to close, putting strain on the locking mechanism so I need to replace sooner rather than later. Any options other than going to Munster joinery and shelling out??

It doesn't appear badly warped from the images provided. There should be some adjustments to be made at the lock to make it easier to close.

Also you should keep he door treated leaving it weather badly can create problems like this. Needs to be sanded and painted.

Trust me it’s warped. Flush in places but not at the door lock. Had a guy look at it and he was saying not much he could do other than replace it. I’m just wondering if there’s any alternative other than going to Munster joinery. Apparently their doors are specific sizes and to go with a different type of door would require changing the door frame.

Measure and have a look on adverts for something.
