Floyd himself said he'd eaten too many drugs..

Look, the whole thing is just grim and sad..If we didn't have wretches trying to score political points off it we'd all be better off..

Do you have anything better to do than give out about Trump all the time?

He's been gone for months, yet you can't stop moaning about him 24/7. True, Trump derangement syndrome in play, folks

I can't stop talking about Trump, says the guy with Trump's name in his username lol

Oh, does your standard for what sitting presidents shouldn't do not apply to presidents when they sat who do not sit anymore? When did your rule come into effect so I can make sure we don't improperly apply it retroactively?

Just a quick gawk at the Trump and Biden threads proves my point. TDS

How bad will the riots be if he's found not guilty?

If I was a shop owner I'd be boarding up right about now

He took very unorthodox approach here. To be fair, I've seen it the other way before too, where the president/governor etc etc will come out ahead of the verdict and make no indication of bias, but will urge calm etc. and you'd think 'yeah nothing wrong with that' but even that can still be interpreted to people who are going to riot regardless, as a reason to riot, because they think that means a fix is in etc.

In this case nothing in the act prejudiced the case, and, if he's found not guilty, in light of Bidens unorthodox action people will be referring back to him tonight to see what he says next, now, knowing that he was 'on their side' so to speak, or at least thinking he was.

Nothing justifies violence and criminal actions if they occur

Ah yeah, I’m not saying he influenced the jury or anything but we’ve seen the last 4 years where the public just rabbits what their leaders are saying- we saw it time and again with Trump supporters and Ive just seen it now on CNN with a Floyd supporter/protester when asked what she’d do if he wasn’t found guilty, she said “we’re gonna stay out here on the streets” - rabbiting Democrat Maxine Waters- if officialdom gives people an excuse to protest and riot, they’ll take it.

If Chauvin gets off I can't wait to see the mostly peaceful protests on CNN.

Could make the argument that a lot of people only show up when a black person is killed by a white cop and not for the reason you think either.

Times like this makes me think America's gun laws are a good thing. The cops sure as hell can't guarantee anyone's safety from the mobs tonight.

I actually didn't mean to be sarcastic I was just trying to clarify as I'd never heard the term rabbiting before.

Is the quick verdict a sign it's going to be guilty as charged? Haven't really been following

Then, if that is the case I am kept up, as Trump was the sitting President ie. the President in power when he influenced this very same incident, back in May of last year, widely affecting the opinion of the potential pool of jurors for both jury and grand jury prior to their empaneling. Trump had significantly more extrajudicial influence on this case, whereas here it can be reasonably argued Biden's action played actually no role in the due process of the case evidenced by the fact that the jury was entirely sequestered.

Trump referencing Floyd in first, also came out in support of Kyle Rittenhouse gunning down 3 protesters. All while the sitting president.

No, it might simply indicate that the jurors were for the most part already similarly minded or were absorbed enough in the case and its particulars to expediently hash out any juror disagreements.

    Biden IS the sitting president.

I think there will still be looting if guilty on all charges, it will start off as a celebration but turn nasty.

There can only be one correct decision. That is to fully acquit Derek on all charges. Public apology from the government and a 25 million cash settlement for destroying the mans career and marriage and resettlement in a new country with a new identity.

Jesus dude.... Trump commented on it while he was the sitting President. Obviously it was before the rial, but Trump, as the sitting President, did give his opinion on whether he thought Chauvin was guilty.

I don't think Biden should have commented on it now either. At least he waited until the jury were sequestered, but even still he shouldn't have commented on it. He should have waited until after the verdict.

Probably a Guilty verdict, Definitely appealed given the stupid comments from a democratic Congress women yesterday, Judge practically confirmed this on summing up Monday.

Is maith an scáthán súil charad.
