I used your link, did a few purchases (a few 30s 40s and 50s), got nothing.

I had an account back when they first came to Ireland but closed it when they misunderstood the ATM duty rules and tried to charge a fiver, maybe they know it's me and I don't get a second referral? The terms pdf don't mention that.
Maybe it's the 60 days thing, it's not even been a week to be fair. :pac:

Absolutely poor customer service. When I chatted I was told I was not entitled to a phone service with n26 you When I actually was as premium account holder ( two separate people gave this wrong info!) Then When I tried to ring it it does not work as out of service and I tried several times.

Then I tried to help a friend sign up to n26 and Crystal clear passport id and selfie were sent in & rejected 3 times. Then when there was a video chat to verify I'd the operative was incredibly unprofessional. He asked my friend questions like why he wanted an account. My friend couldn't hear what operativewas saying and I had to relay it to him.( I was not in front of camera of video chat) Then for some strange reason operative insisted I come into video chat when I speaking to him just saying I was helping friends as elderly )As we were desperate to open the account after so much hassle the operative said I could be " prosecuted" Prosecutedfor what I asked. We broke no law. .when we asked his name he refused to give it. He then abruptly terminated the chat without giving any assistance. Needless to say my friend was deeply upset at what happened. It was unacceptable.

Also: chat service very hit and miss. Some operatives give wrong info eg telling me as a n26you customer I'm not entitled to phone support. 2 separate operatives told me this. On another ocassikn an operative told me I hadn't applied for a n26you account when I definitely had.
