Fastest Response Smart TV 55 inch

Could you recommend me what the best option here?

I don't want to go mad on expense and picture quality is fairly low down my list of priorities (I know that seems ridiculous)

/usually picture quality and response time go hand in hand.
The better the Tv, the better the picture and response time.

The lower price side of the market tend to not have the higher response times.

You could check out the LG 55NANO866 coming in at 799 Euro. Response time is 5ms
