    Who do you guys suggest getting to do the BER rating assessment for the solar grant?

    Any assessor will do, get some quotes, recommendations in your area.

    Yeah, thats about right; theres a €30 fee for submitting the BER as well

    Your house size will determine the cost. Hi f you live in a standard estate house it’ll be 200ish. If you live in a 4,000sq ft 3 storey house I’d imagine it’s gonna cost a lot more

    I got 2 prices today from companies who said it depended on distance from them. One wanted 250 the other which is closer to me wants 300.

    The mind boggles.

    Same here I used http://www.bercert.com/ and you get a few quotes. Got anywhere from 180 to 300

    I paid 200 for a 3500sqft house last year (Well, my solar installer did)...
