Anyone else having issues renewing their audi connect license?

Got a replacement vehicle code from my dealer the other day (60 euro!) to be told by Audi today that there is a glitch with renewing the licenses and they dont know when it will be fixed.

Feel like taking it further with the dealer as I specifically told them I wanted the code for audi connect and they never informed me of any technical glitch with it before ordering the code.

Feel a little hard done.
