Lodged Cheque still not credited?

I lodged a cheques in LATM Wexford on 27/03/2021 & it's still not credited to account.

Please advise...

Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. Generally when a cheque is lodged to the account this can take 5 working days to clear on the account before the funds are made available to you.

Can we check with you can you see the cheque showing as a lodgement on the account?

If you are unable to see this can we ask that you send us a Private message with as much information as possible.
