Hi, we are extending and renovating later this year and I was thinking there would be an app, site or some other trick to monitor items to try and get the best deal during the year. I have started to manually create a spreadsheet but hoping there might be a proven better way?
    Many thanks!

With Kitchen appliances cookers etc you'd be best pick a brand and shop around, know the RRP and speak to the retailer. There are deals offered by distributors but only to retailers who have the items in stock. Ask the retailer when those incentives usually happen and be ready to buy then.

Also register for Harvey Normans VIP sales : https://www.harveynorman.ie/promotions/vip-sale.html

We went to one in late 2019 and bought all the white goods on the night. Had homework done in advance and knew exactly what we wanted and what presale price was. Made a significant saving on the night.
