Thought it might be a good idea to start a thread to follow some of the Irish players plying their trade outside of Ireland.

Latest transfers news from Munster is Year 3 Academy hooker Eoghan Clarke is heading to Jersey Reds at the end of the season. Ex-Munster second row Sean O'Connor and TH prop Ciaran Parker signed for Jersey Reds at the end of last season also.

JJ Hanrahan is also heading to Clermont on a 2 year deal while Darren Sweetnam is heading to La Rochelle until the end of the season as a Medical Joker.

Copeland is still with Soyaux Agouleme I presume?

Donnacha Ryan was rumoured to be heading into the ProD2 too but nothing confirmed AFAIK

Would you consider Parker an Irish player though considering he's English born and his first professional contract/caps were with Sale? I know he's IQ but played U20s for England.

Also Steven McMahon and Eamonn Sheridan for Carcassonne in Pro D2

He is now at Nottingham with Willie Ryan. Shane Buckley listed in Ealings squad and Paddy Ryan at the Cornish Pirates.
